Processing Times

Because many of our products are handmade and customized, processing times may vary.

  • Standard processing time is typically 3–10 business days
  • Custom or high-volume orders may require additional time
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely shipping, MD Designs USA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We may not be able to make changes once the order has been processed
  • Returned packages may require additional shipping fees for reshipment

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MD Designs USA LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • File a claim with the carrier if necessary

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may vary.

Customers are responsible for:
